el consultori

2026 edition

El Consultori returns with five sessions open to artists who have a research, creation, and/or production project that they need to conceptualize in a proposal in order to apply for calls for proposals.

This year, el Consultori welcomes you to bring your doubts and mistakes, viewing them as fertile ground. We want to share how the art scene we’re part of works so that everyone can find their place, reinforcing the idea of a safe space to ask all the questions you might be too shy to ask elsewhere.

Each session is open to all without previous registration, you can attend all of them or just the ones that interest you most.

Session 1 — September 15 from 18.30 to 20h

We’ll talk about portfolios, creating your bio, and your artist statement.

Session 2 — September 17 from 18.30 to 20h

In this session, we’ll focus on conceptual development and how to articulate a project in words.

Session 3 — September 22 from 18.30 to 20h

In the third session, we’ll discuss methodologies and explore how to organize a work plan.

Session 4 — September 29 from 18.30 to 20h

Session focused on how to create a timeline and budget for our portfolios.

Session 5 — October 1 from 18.30 to 20h
