  Independent audiovisual production companies, including economic interest groups (IEAs), which are registered in the Registry of Audiovisual Companies of Catalonia or in the Administrative Registry of Film Companies, managed by the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA), or a member of the European Union or associated with the European Economic Area and with permanent establishment in Spain.
