We are pleased to announce that on Saturday, October 11, at 3 p.m., Mafe Moscoso, Helen Torres, and Helios الياس F. Garcés will present the publication “Mares entrelazados, conexiones mediterráneas” at Speakers' Corner at Arts Libris.

Mares entrelazados, conexiones mediterráneas is a publication coordinated by Mafe Moscoso that brings together the voices of Papalaye Seck, Marina Monsonís, Helen Torres, Sonia Fernández Pan, Helios الياس F. Garcés, Lorenzo Sandoval, Daniela Medina Poch, Ora Özer, Vanessa Balagué, and Magda Vila.

The contributors to this book propose approaches to the Mediterranean Sea, thinking of the ocean as a living entity that is home to many worlds and which, far from being disconnected from other bodies and materialities, is intimately linked to various layers of political, historical, economic, and ecological complexities.
