This project arises from the deviant desire to collectively imagine a utopia of sexual dissidence as a tactic to confront ultra-conservative policies agglutinated under gender ideology. The re-pública rarita proposes cooking and eating las onces (a Colombian snack) as a humble way of experimenting and rehearsing utopia. In this way, utopia is taken not only as a tool that opens up the possibility of imagining a future different from capitalism and the heteronormativity that encompass the totality of our present; but also as a critique of the present, which allows constructing alternatives of community, in which the collective imagination produces a different way of interacting, so that while utopia is imagined, utopia is produced.
