In 2026, La Escocesa has established a collaboration agreement with the Sarrià Civic Center for the participation of a resident artist from the factory in its space in the call for proposals “Allò que importa no és la sala”. This relationship aims to promote networking with other cultural spaces and other neighborhoods in the city. The objective of this internal call for proposals is to create a workshop-activation-action and an exhibition trail that will remain in the center from April to June of the same year.
This collaboration proposes a space open to artistic proposals that go beyond the more automated, customary, and less dialogical exhibition project. The idea is to offer the residents of the center the surprise of something new that involves them, welcomes them, or puts them in play.
The person selected for 2026 is Yazel Parra with the project APERITIU: un bocado que tiende a abrir.
