GRANTS TO CIRCUITS AND NETWORKS OF DISTRIBUTION OF PERFORMING ARTS PERFORMANCES AND NON-PROFIT MUSIC

• Description:
  support for the exhibition of shows on circuits and networks for the broadcasting of professional shows in the field of performing arts and non-profit music.
  a) Circuits and broadcast networks for shows that do not use Catalan or Aranese to broadcast activities.
  b) The activities carried out during the festival of the corresponding municipality, as well as those of free entry.
  c) Activities carried out in the city of Barcelona.
  d) Activities that are related to the framework of action established by Law 2/1993, of March 5, promoting and protecting popular and traditional culture and cultural associationism.
   
• Who can apply:
  Private non-profit entities (associations, foundations, etc.) are eligible for these grants.
   
• Amount of money:
  70% of the total cost of the project.

GRANTS FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CREATION AND PRODUCTION CENTERS OF PERFORMING ARTS, MUSIC AND VISUAL ARTS OF A PROFESSIONAL NATURE IN EQUIPMENTS OF PUBLIC OWNERSHIP

  support the activities of the centers for the creation and production of professional performing arts, music and visual arts in publicly owned equipment, with public or private management and located in Catalonia.

  Business; private non-profit entities; local entities or related public entities that manage publicly owned equipment located in Catalonia.

GRANTS TO THE ORGANIZATION OF DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES OF VISUAL ARTS AND PERFORMING ARTS THROUGH FESTIVALS, CYCLES AND SIMILAR EVENTS

• Description:
  promotion and dissemination of the visual arts and professional performing arts through the granting of subsidies to the organization of dissemination activities in the form of festivals, cycles and similar events, with the aim of giving greater projection, presence and dissemination of the arts in Catalonia.
   
• Who can apply:
  In the case of modality a), these subsidies can be applied by the municipalities of Catalonia and related or dependent public entities, including consortiums, foundations and mercantile companies with share capital wholly or mainly contributed by the aforementioned entities.
  In the case of modality b) and c), private non-profit entities that carry out all or part of their activity in one or more areas of the performing arts or visual arts may apply for these grants.
  In the case of modality b) and c), groups of entities without legal personality that meet in joint projects can apply for these subsidies, provided that all their members, who will be considered beneficiaries, meet the conditions required in the base 2.2 and in the rest of the bases.
  In the case of modality c), when the festival, cycle or similar event is held in Terres de l'Ebre or in the Pyrenees, companies, both individuals and legal entities, that carry carry out all or part of their activity in the field of visual arts, residing in a Member State of the European Union or associated with the European Economic Area.
   
• Amount of money: The amount of the subsidy depends on the modality that is subsidized according to the following ceilings:
  a) Regarding modality a) of base 1.2, the amount of the subsidy is a maximum of € 250,000.00.
  b) Regarding modality b) of base 1.2, the amount of the subsidy is a maximum of € 150,000.00.
  c) Regarding modality c) of base 1.2, the amount of the subsidy is a maximum of € 75,000.00.

All applicant entities must be registered in the Register of Museums of Catalonia.

DMencia 2020 - Contemporary Art Show by Doña Mencía

City Council of Doña Mencia, Córdoba

DEADLINE: 20th July

• Description:
  Call for innovative projects that explore new ways of relating contemporary artistic discourses with the exhibition space. All artistic expressions are welcome from painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, video, sound art to any plastic or visual expression. This year the suggested theme is: Isolation ~ Vulnerability. New views of distance, a reflection on the affectation of human relationships in the new normality.
   
• Who can apply:
  The call is open to all individual or collective artists of any nationality, residence or age.
  Art galleries or intermediaries of any kind between artists and the organization are excluded from the call.
   
• Amount of the benefit: Acquisition of the work of each selected project for 400 euro including taxes. The institution covers the costs of transportation of the work, its set up, the artists' trip to Cordoba for the opening and accommodation costs in the town in the meantime.
