• Who can apply:
  Persons who hold a rental contract for the home that constitutes their habitual and permanent residence within the territory of Catalonia. It is a requirement to prove legal residence in Catalonia. Hold a rental contract for a home that is their habitual residence and that is less or equal to € 900 and represents 35% or more of the applicant's income.

  Self-employed workers
   
• Requirements:
  Applicants must be registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA), be registered in the city of Barcelona.
